Strategy and Communication

Iberostar has developed a relevant gastronomic proposal through a series of restaurants located in specific hotels, both in town and on the beach. This gastronomic offer is based on a Premium experience where the diner can enjoy a unique experience in the destination.

With the aim of increasing brand awareness and public affluence, we have conceptualized, developed and managed the integral strategy (on line and off line) for the positioning of each of these gastronomic units.

We have determined the place in the market of each of the restaurants, we investigate what the audience needs and wants and developed strategies in order to connect with this audience. At the same time, we have defined the specific narrative for each unit based on its gastronomic proposal, location, chef and target audience.

We take care of everything necessary to ensure that each of the restaurants is present and stands out in the digital environment through the design and development of their respective websites and the use of the different online platforms to increase brand awareness and reach a greater number of users.

As part of the project we have been responsible for the design of a new website for each of the gastronomic concepts that would communicate the essence and personality of each one of them and convert them into a conversion channel through which users will book a table directly.
