A new format of afterworks where creativity and gastronomy come together with micro-talks of about 45 minutes duration curated by We Are Yellow in the best bars in Palma.
Our intention is to show the close link between creativity and gastronomy from different points of view and to involve all audiences, from professionals and curious people in general to the customers and neighbors.
We will talk about photography, social media, interior design, cuisine, cocktails and much more, with the aim of promoting creativity as a tool for change and a perfect excuse to link marketing with the field of hospitality in a cool way.
Due to the style of the talks and the spaces, the sessions are designed for Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. with a duration of no more than 45 minutes, perfect for after work and to have a drink, have a snack and get to know in first hand the work of relevant professionals.
And for the end of the year 2020 we had two Talks that pair perfectly and that showed us again the close link between creativity and gastronomy. For the first December Talk we had Tomeu Llabrés, who started with the Ca’n Verdura winery in 2012 taking over from five generations dedicated to the production of wine or the cultivation of vineyards. Starting from this tradition, he has always wanted to adapt the autochthonous varieties to his own vision with the aim of breaking with the fashion of introducing varieties from other areas, proclaiming them noble to the detriment of the autochthonous ones.
In the last Yellow Talk of the year we were going to Talk with the master chocolatier Tino Wolter about his project called Cachao but due to the restrictions applied to the restaurants we were forced to cancel it. We will be back very soon!
To guarantee the current security conditions, the capacity is limited, so we recommend you reserve your places at 655171020 or by email at email@example.com.
We encourage you to follow the instagram @charlas_debar to know the new talks that we will be organizing for August and September.
As Coldplay said in their song… Yeah they were all yellow.
