Yellow Talks

A new format of afterworks where creativity and gastronomy come together with micro-talks of about 45 minutes duration curated by We Are Yellow in the best bars in Palma.

Our intention is to show the close link between creativity and gastronomy from different points of view and to involve all audiences, from professionals and curious people in general to the customers and neighbors.

We will talk about photography, social media, interior design, cuisine, cocktails and much more, with the aim of promoting creativity as a tool for change and a perfect excuse to link marketing with the field of hospitality in a cool way.

Due to the style of the talks and the spaces, the sessions are designed for Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. with a duration of no more than 45 minutes, perfect for after work and to have a drink, have a snack and get to know in first hand the work of relevant professionals.

We started these talks with the participation of 2 speakers from very diverse disciplines but who are closely linked at the same time. The Bar Talks were opened by Rafa Martín, a reference in the cocktail world with awards such as bronze at the 61st World Cocktail Championship, who talked about the creative process behind each of her creations. For the second Talk we had Virginia Perez, a reference interior designer in the restaurant industry who spoke to us about the importance of interior design in a restaurant project.

During the month of August we will immerse ourselves in the world of coffee with Miquel and Toni, creators of La Molienda, who will explain the whole process behind good coffee and we will have the opportunity to try the different varieties that they roast in his workshop with the idea of helping to boost the taste for specialty coffee.

As the second talk of the month we will have Roberto Paparkone, a ceramist who defines himself as 100% Mediterranean and a lover of cuisine, who deeply believes in the importance of handmade products to make people aware of respecting the environment and not consuming. He has collaborated among others with Ca Na Toneta, the Hotel Can Bordoy and Rosa Blanca showing the close link between their works and gastronomy.

To guarantee the current security conditions, the capacity is limited, so we recommend you reserve your places at 655171020 or by email at

We encourage you to follow the instagram @charlas_debar to know the new talks that we will be organizing for August and September.
