Mallorca has a great tradition in making ice cream. Ice cream artisans on the island have built during centuries the indisputable fame that some ice cream shops have on the island. And among them, Gelats Valls stood out. Founded in 1929 in Port de Pollen\u00e7a, this ice cream shop has always been a benchmark in the north of the island and an emblematic brand for all Mallorcans.<\/p>\n

Due to various circumstances, the company was forced to close several years ago. Following the same philosophy for almost a century, the founder\u2019s granddaughters have decided to return to our lives one of the symbols of Mallorca\u2019s summers.<\/p>\n
