Digital Kit Grants

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain launches the Digital Kit programme promoted by the European funds “Next Generation EU” within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. This initiative is an opportunity for SMEs and the self-employed to support the digitalisation of the self-employed, micro and medium-sized enterprises.

The programme will run for the period 2022-2023, where several calls for grants will be launched targeting different segments of SMEs and the self-employed. The first call for proposals, which is expected to take place at the beginning of 2022, has an investment of 500 million euros and will be aimed at SMEs with between 10 and 49 employees.

Through this programme, companies will be provided with a digitalisation voucher that they can use to purchase digital solutions already available on the market in areas such as website development and management, internet presence, e-commerce, customer management, cybersecurity, supplier management and digital office, among others.

Steps to follow

1. How to apply for the digital voucher

  • Register at https://acelerapyme.gob.es/registro-pyme and complete the self-diagnosis test.
  • Consult the catalogue of digital solutions, where you can choose one or more of those offered by the digitalising agents.
  • Apply for the Digital Kit at the Red.es electronic headquarters (sede.red.gob.es).

2. How to use the digital voucher

  • Access the catalogue of digitalising agents and decide with whom you want to develop your digital solution.
  • Contact the digitalising agents, sign the digital solutions provision agreement and start your digital change.

Who can benefit from the digital kit?

  • Small businesses with between 10 and less than 50 employees
  • Small or Micro enterprises with 3 to less than 10 employees
  • Small and micro enterprises with 1 to less than 3 employees and self-employed individuals.

The Digitisation Solutions Categories are as follows:

  • Website. (Up to 2.000€)
  • Social Media Management. (Up to 2.500€)
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics. (Up to 4.000€)
  • Electronic invoicing. (Up to 1.000€)
  • Secure communications. (Up to 6.000€)
  • E-commerce. (Up to 2.000€)
  • Customer management. (Up to €4,000)
  • Virtual office services and tools. (Up to 12.000€)
  • Process management. (Up to €6,000)
  • Cybersecurity. (Up to 6.000€)

We work for all types of companies and freelancers with solutions ranging from €750 to €1,300 per month.
