A new format of afterworks where creativity and gastronomy come together with micro-talks of about 45 minutes duration curated by We Are Yellow in the best bars in Palma.
Our intention is to show the close link between creativity and gastronomy from different points of view and to involve all audiences, from professionals and curious people in general to the customers and neighbors.
We will talk about photography, social media, interior design, cuisine, cocktails and much more, with the aim of promoting creativity as a tool for change and a perfect excuse to link marketing with the field of hospitality in a cool way.
Due to the style of the talks and the spaces, the sessions are designed for Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. with a duration of no more than 45 minutes, perfect for after work and to have a drink, have a snack and get to know in first hand the work of relevant professionals.
In the Yellow Talks we have already chatted with Rafa Martín from Brassclub, interior designer Virginia Perez, Pau Navarro from Clandestí Taller Gastronòmic, Fornet de la Soca, ceramist Roberto Paparkone, about coffee with La Molienda, about beer with Adalt Brewing, about bread and healthy sweets with Rustic Binissalem, with Xesc Reina from Ca’n Company, about wine with Tomeu Llabrés and Bàrbara Mesquida Mora, about tradition and innovation with La Pajarita, about chocolate with Tino from Cachao and about how to reuse the olive leafs with 2Aquemistas.
